Villa Tiberia (Golden Mile)

From the time our parking attendant greets you, to you walking through perfumed pergolas leading to the entrance of our internationally renowned restaurant, we want you to savor the sensations that dining at Villa Tiberio bring. Owned and run by fabled restauranter, Sandro Morelli (ex Ritz and Cavendish Hotels in London, and the former owner of Fulham Road’s legendary Barbarella 1 and 11 restaurants), Villa Tiberio is not just a fabulous eatery, it is a meeting place. Royalty, diplomats and international celebrities could just as easily be dining at the next table as holidaymakers or local residents.

Photographs of Sean Connery, Bill Wyman, Andrew Lloyd Weber, Shirley Bassey and a host of leading personalities line the walls of the luxurious interior, reminding guests that, like many things in life, the restaurant business is built on personal relationships. For over 18 years, Sandro and the dedicated team at this legendary Marbella eatery have ensured diners come back – time and again – to enjoy a perfect meal in exquisite surroundings. Opened in 1989, Villa Tiberio’s location, just a whisker away from The Marbella Club Hotel, is ideal. Surrounded by tall trees, the Villa set in sumptuous grounds could never be overlooked or dominated by high-rise buildings. Symbolizing the best of Italian and Mediterranean hospitality, Villa Tiberio has an added extra. The unique Morelli touch, which guarantees dining in the coast’s most beautiful gardens will be the highlight of any trip to Marbella. And we are told our food is superb!

Tikitano’s – Near Estepona (with Coach) 20 mins

TikiTano Beach Restaurant & Lounge is in a wonderful position right on the beach in between San Pedro and Estepona. Because of its slightly out of town location the restaurant can afford to stretch its legs and is housed in a large Polynesian style building with high ceilings and a thatched roof. The wooden interior and the warm atmosphere makes you feel like you’re in Hawaii rather than Spain.

The views from TikiTano are spectacular, the large balcony sits practically over the water, looking out over to Gibraltar and North Africa. During the weekends the restaurant always has some sort of live music playing. The food is of high quality; the menu is creative, fresh and changes seasonally to make the most of what’s best in the market. Lunch can be enjoyed from as little as 15€ for 2 courses including a drink.

The menu changes frequently and dishes are carefully chosen by Head Chef, Nicolas Echazarra who worked in many exclusive restaurants all over the world and brings his experience to TikiTano making the menu exciting and interesting.

The Sommelier will choose the appropriate wine with your meal, and the staff are attentive and personal. A truly relaxing evening when, for just a few hours you can leave all your worries behind and indulge yourself in the luxury of TikiTano Beach Restaurant & Lounge.

Apart from enjoying your lunch and dinner at TikiTano, they also serve a fabulous snack menu after 16.00, and the summer terrace lends itself for those lazy afternoons with a cocktail, bottle of wine a news paper and the outstanding views.

Calima (Michelin star at the Don Pepe)

Calima lies in the most magnificent of settings right next to the Mediterranean and it boasts a bravura terrace where guests eat during the summer months, much to the envy of those looking up from the Marbella paseo below. Calima Restaurant has received one Michelin star.

Dani García is the culinary star of Southern Spain, a culinary younger brother to Joan Roca, Ferran Adria, Martín Beratsegui and crew. His cuisine at the Marbella restaurant Calima is provocative, clever and fresh, notable for its fresh ingredients and impeccable preparation. It is playful, with repeated references to the Andalusian experience of sea, sky, mountains and sand.

Though he works with some meat, seafood is definitely his forte and his inspiration. Sea Bass “Like on the Beach, First Smell, Then Eat” is an homage to the beach barbecues of is Marbella childhood, with an unadorned skewer of sea bass served flanked by moldering coals and black sand from the adjacent beach. He says that 80% of his menu is historical, citing memory as one of the most important aspects of his three-part culinary philosophy, flavor and high technical excellence being the other two).

Garcia elevates traditional popular gastronomy to a new level, perfecting it along the way with his celebrated experiments like his take on the classic frituras. Completing the experience is an encyclopedic wine list with varietals from across the globe.

Los Bandidos (Puerto Banus – front line marina) – with Coach (10 mins)

This is without any doubt the most popular restaurant in Puerto Banús throughout the year and has been for the last 19 years. Situated on the front line and open for dinner seven days a week, all year round from 7.30pm until late.

Highly recommended for those who want to enjoy excellent international cuisine as well as rub shoulders with celebrities. An extremely cozy restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere, where guests will always feel at home.

Benahavis. (With coach) 20 mins

Benahavis is a beautiful mountain village. A historically Moorish village filled with ruins and stones. Only 7 km inland. You take the road from San Pedro, of the Coast between Marbella and Estepona and drive up in the mountain road, into the village which offers you a panoramic and breathtaking view of the whole Coast.
Nestled in the mountains, 500 metres above sea level, this charming, white village of Benahavis is lying between the Sierra de Palmerita and Sierra Bermeja and crossed by three rivers. There is a profusion of pines, chestnuts and corn oaks, surrounded by typical Mediterranean vegetation.

The village has become very popular -. It has several new developments which are popping up all the time. In spite of this, the village is remained remarkably unspoiled, with the winding narrow streets with huge parking problem, typical in the Pueblos Blancos (white villages) in Andalucia. The other side of town nestling nearby the old quarter consists of white washed houses and narrow winding roads, has been managed to maintain its quaint village feel.

Benahavis is known for tree things. Their fabulous gastronomy, the golf courses and for the beautiful area Las Angosturas.

It has over 30 top-class restaurants, the highest concentration of high class restaurants in Marbella region and it draws visitors by the thousand who comes simply to savor the cuisine, it has also a multitude of Spanish tapas bars of excellent quality should a light snack be preferred. Prices are depended on witch restaurant you eat at, but it will always be good value for money.

We recommend L’Escalera de Manolo for a very enjoyable night – great food in a relaxed atmosphere and the unique attention of your host Manolo who will entertain you throughout the evening

Beckitts (Marbella)

Beckitt’s is a well established dining haunt in the town of Marbella, primarily recognised for excellent food and service and has fast become well known for its late nights and atmosphere. Owners, Mark and Lynn, are an affable couple, well known restaurateurs with a keen eye for niche markets who have orchestrated Beckitt’s rise in popularity over recent years.

Zozoï (Old town Marbella)

A real taste of Mediterranean is to be found at Zozoi, a trendy restaurant set in an old converted house situated in the heart of Old town Marbella, which has a particular name for its warm and friendly service.

Toni Dalli’s (Golden Mile Marbella)

Toni Dalli’s Italian Restaurant is located in the exquisite Oasis Club, on the Golden Mile, with breathtaking views over the Mediterranean. This famous restaurant is the meeting place for music lovers as Toni himself, a great Italian tenor, sings to you as you eat.

The walls are decorated with billboards when Toni was topping the bill all over the world. He starred at the London Palladium, at Carnegie Hall in New York and performed for Royalty in several Royal Variety spectaculars.

The menu is well planned and appetizing in the best Italian fashion and includes such dishes as cream of pumpkin soup and a platter of mixed salmon, cheeses and Beluga caviar. The pasta is superb. The wine list is equally as impressive.
